I'll design & host a static webpage for you with any custom assets you can provide. Being as specific as possible with fonts, colors & more helps me easily design the site. For sites I predict to take less than 3 hours, your domain name will be set up after payment!
Every Project Has a minimum fee of $80, this includes 3 hours of work that encompasses both setup & designing. If your project isn't predicted to take more than 3 hours, you may choose a domain equal to or under $15/year to use that'll be covered with the payment
Before I accept payment, I will make an estimate of how long I expect it to take me. This estimate will be used in the calculation of the final price of the commission. I encourage clients to pay 50% upfront & the remaining half after completion if that makes them more comfortable. If your project is expected to take more than 3 hours, every hour past the 3rd will add a $15 charge to the estimated total.
After your estimate is made & mutually agreed upon, the price is locked in & I will continuously update you on how the site looks as I work on it. I ask that if you have an issue or wish to closely monitor the look of the website that you make this clear early-on. I will not be receptive of last minute huge-changes beyond the scope of the agreed compensation
